Full Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy for the applicable platform, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

1        This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales), Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only. Employees and their immediate families  of Coca-Cola Great Britain,Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2        Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and under 18s require parental consent and have access to the internet and an active Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.

       This promotion opens on Monday 2nd July 2018 at 08:00 and closes at 12:00 (midday) on Friday 6th July 2018. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid.

4        There is no limit to the number of unique entries that can be submitted by an entrant. However, duplicate posts will be disqualified. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple Facebook accounts or aliases will be disqualified.  A maximum of one prize may be won per household.

5        No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.

How to enter

       Visit facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ and ensure you are following facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ from your Facebook account and remain following facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ for duration of promotion period and fulfilment period of 7 days following the end of the promotion. To enter from a private account you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the promotion in order to be contacted in the event your entry is a winning entry.

10  All genuine valid moderated entries will be entered into the prize draw . There will be one draw only , with 2 winners selected.

11    Any submission containing the following content will not be permitted and the entrant will be disqualified:

    a.    Content which is distasteful or offensive, or is of a sexual nature.

    b.    Content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals.

    c.    Content featuring:

  • Individuals without the consent of all featured parties.
  • Individuals smoking tobacco, drinking or appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.
  • Any images which contain alcohol or tobacco products.
  • The Activity, depiction or incitement to use drugs or any banned substances.
  • Political parties, political messages or demonstrations.
  • Blasphemous or religious imagery or any image deemed to incite religious hatred.
  • Potentially defamatory or otherwise actionable material.
  • Any image which infringes any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Third party promotional packaging, material or advertising.
  • The depiction of the assembly of explosive materials, firearms or items deemed to be weapons of any nature.
  • The depiction of individuals’ or companies’ names, phone numbers, email or postal addresses, or any other personal information deemed sensitive, private and/or unacceptable by the promoter.
  • Any children under the age of 16.
  • Any  Twitter/Facebook Handle name and Twitter/Facebook profile photograph which contravene the above will be void, and any entries will not count towards the competition

    d.    Content sourced from commercial or third party libraries (e.g. Getty Images, Google images etc).

    e.    Any content the Promoter in its sole discretion considers to be inappropriate to use.

12    The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to permanently remove any material that is deemed to be distasteful, degrading or will in any way cause offence or to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent the promotion by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities, using rude, inappropriate, or profane statements or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

13    Anyone, who in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, is acting in a manner that undermines the operation and integrity of the promotion or in any way that gives an unfair advantage, will be disqualified and any persons seeking to use such information gained will be disqualified

14    All entries will be strictly monitored by the Promoter and their third party adjudicators throughout and any attempts to manipulate or otherwise unfairly influence the results will result in disqualification of entry or suspension of the promotion.

Selecting the winner(s)

15    Two winners will be selected at random via an independently verified process on Friday 6th July and they will be informed within 2 working days of the draw.

The Prize

16    Each winner will receive one pair of Tramlines festival tickets

17    Total prizes: 2 x a pair of Tramlines festival tickets. Each pair of tickets will allow the winner and guest entry into the 3 days of the event (20th, 21st & 22nd July). The event is held at Hillsborough Park, Sheffield

18    A parent/ legal guardian must accompany winners younger than 18 when participating in the prize at their own expense.

19    The winner won’t be able to change the date of their festival tickets regardless of personal circumstances.

Winning Tickets will be authorised for use as part of the relationship between Tramlines festival and Coca-Cola

TICKETS

 Any person who purchases, possesses, uses or attempts to use any Ticket shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Conditions. In the case of any conflict or ambiguity between these Conditions and the Site Rules or conditions of the Official Ticketing Agent, these Conditions will prevail.

These Conditions govern all Tickets issued for the Event and the admission to the Venue and should be read in accordance with the Site Rules and the conditions of the Official Ticketing Agent.

The sale or other issuance of any Ticket is final and non-refundable except in special circumstances or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to not replace or accept any Ticket that has been lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, defaced or forged, or any Ticket which is unreadable or incomplete. Keep your Ticket safe.

Wristbands will be issued upon entry to the festival site at Hillsborough Park. All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband which must be worn all weekend.

You must collect in person, and may NOT collect a wristband on behalf of someone else.

Children’s 12 & under tickets may be collected alongside your adult tickets and do not require the children to be present.

Tickets ARE NOT transferable, you will be required to show ID in the name of the Lead  ticket buyer to collect your wristband.

Under 14s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and ID may be requested.

Tickets will be available for download and print nearer to the festival. If you bought your ticket through our website you can resend order confirmation here.

Conditions of Entry

By entering the stage areas, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

No alcohol is to be consumed within the queue area.

Failure to comply will result in eviction from the site.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.

The management retain the right to search all persons and property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the event any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or authorised officer.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible Adult, please be prepared to show proof of age id on request.

There is no pass out system. If you exit the venue you will have to queue again to re-enter.

No alcohol is too brought to the event. Only alcohol purchased on site may be consumed within event arenas.

No food is to be taken in to the event arena. Allowances will be made for snacks for children or medical issues. There are food traders on site with a variety of options.

Battery chargers for mobile phones are permitted

Anyone suspected of underage drinking may be subject to alcohol testing. Failure to comply may result in entry being refused or ejection from the site.

No glass or tins will be allowed into the event.

Water may be taken into the arena providing the seal is intact. Max capacity 500ml.

No chairs or tables are to be brought to the event.

No cutlery will be allowed into the event.

No golf umbrellas will be allowed into the event, you may bring compact umbrellas.

No barbecues or cooking stoves will be allowed into the event.

No animals are allowed in to the event except assistance dogs.

To speed up the search and entry we do not allow large bags into the event, please only bring what you need and a small bag if necessary.

The event management and promoter reserve the right to amend or make alterations to the published details of the event as shall become necessary.

Neither the promotor nor the venue management shall be responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought into the venue, unless caused by negligence of the promoter or venue management.

The management retain the right to restrict the use of cameras, video or any other form of re-cording equipment if deemed necessary.

Upon entry to the event you give your express consent to the use of actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploration or any film, video and/or audio recording of this event.

CCTV surveillance is in operational the venue. Warning: the event may contain sound level/effects which may cause injury to your hearing and may contain strobe lighting.

Entry to event areas constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions by the festival-goer and implies an undertaking to observe them.

Media & Recordings
Photographs or any other recordings of sound or images taken by a Ticket Holder within the Venue may be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes only. The Ticket Holder shall not, except for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes and in any event not for commercial gain, disseminate at any time, over the internet, radio, television and/or any other current and/or future form or type of media, any sound, image, description of the Event (in whole or in part) including (without limitation) any such content made, recorded or captured in still or moving form by mobile phones or by any other form of wireless and/or portable device, and shall not assist any other person(s) in the conduct of such activities. Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorised photos, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and/or destroyed by us.

Notification and delivery of the prize

21    The winners will be notified within 2 working days of being selected, via direct message to the Facebook account used to enter the promotion or comment on the winning message.

22    The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact will subsequently communicate a secure downloadable link to allow potential winners to provide the Promoter securely with information including their name, re confirm their Facebook details and a valid home address to assist with verification,  fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited . However, if a winner has not responded to notification after 7 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, if time permits, and award to a reserve selected at the same time as the original draw.

23    The prize will be dispatched to the winners by registered post  via next day delivery once winner has been verified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. 

General

24    The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize which is for a pair of general admission tickets ONLY.

25    Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

26    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Facebook from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.

27    Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the Promoter’s Facebook page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants, fans of ‘Coca Cola’ or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.

28    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

29    The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. 

30    The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

31    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize, unless negligence on the part of the Promoter or those partnered with the promotion is proven..

32    Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

33    In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

34    The name of the winners will be made available on request at CCA International, 8 Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9HF, within 3 months of the closing date.

35    Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

36    If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

37    These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
