These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy for the applicable platform, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

1     This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales), Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only. Employees and their immediate families  of Coca-Cola Great Britain,Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2     Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and under 18s require parental consent and have access to the internet and an active Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.

3     This promotion opens on Tuesday 19th June 2018 at 18:00 and closes at 12:00 (midday) on Friday 22nd June 2018. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid.

4     There is no limit to the number of unique entries that can be submitted by an entrant. However, duplicate posts will be disqualified. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple Facebook accounts or aliases will be disqualified.  A maximum of one prize may be won per household.

5     No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.

How to enter

       Visit facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ and ensure you are following facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ from your Facebook account and remain following facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ for duration of promotion period and fulfilment period of 7 days following the end of the promotion. To enter from a private account you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the promotion in order to be contacted in the event your entry is a winning entry.

9       Share your comment under the promotional post on facebook.com/cocacolaGB/ to enter this promotion

10     All genuine valid moderated entries will be entered into the relevant days prize draw (from the 6 days available). Ie there will be 6 draws in total

11    Any submission containing the following content will not be permitted and the entrant will be disqualified:

        1   Content which is distasteful or offensive, or is of a sexual nature.

        2   Content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals.

        3   Content featuring: 

  • Individuals without the consent of all featured parties.
  • Individuals smoking tobacco, drinking or appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.
  • Any images which contain alcohol or tobacco products.
  • The Activity, depiction or incitement to use drugs or any banned substances.
  • Political parties, political messages or demonstrations.
  • Blasphemous or religious imagery or any image deemed to incite religious hatred.
  • Potentially defamatory or otherwise actionable material.
  • Any image which infringes any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Third party promotional packaging, material or advertising.
  • The depiction of the assembly of explosive materials, firearms or items deemed to be weapons of any nature.
  • The depiction of individuals’ or companies’ names, phone numbers, email or postal addresses, or any other personal information deemed sensitive, private and/or unacceptable by the promoter.
  • Any children under the age of 16.
  • Any  Twitter/Facebook Handle name and Twitter/Facebook profile photograph which contravene the above will be void, and any entries will not count towards the competition

        4   Content sourced from commercial or third party libraries (e.g. Getty Images, Google images etc).

        5   Any content the Promoter in its sole discretion considers to be inappropriate to use.

12    The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to permanently remove any material that is deemed to be distasteful, degrading or will in any way cause offence or to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent the promotion by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities, using rude, inappropriate, or profane statements or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

13    Anyone, who in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, is acting in a manner that undermines the operation and integrity of the promotion or in any way that gives an unfair advantage, will be disqualified and any persons seeking to use such information gained will be disqualified

14    All entries will be strictly monitored by the Promoter and their third party adjudicators throughout and any attempts to manipulate or otherwise unfairly influence the results will result in disqualification of entry or suspension of the promotion.

Selecting the winner(s)

15    Two winners will be selected at random via an independently verified process for each date of a concert (6 dates and therefore 6 draws in total) on Friday 22nd June and they will be informed within 2 working days of the draw.

The Prize

16    Each winner will receive one pair of British Summer Time Hyde Park concert tickets to the day of their choice (which they specified in their entry).

17    Total prizes: 12 pairs of British Summer Time Hyde Park concert tickets. 2 pairs for each of the 6 days (available days: 6th, 7th & 8th July 2018 and 13th, 14th & 15th  July 2018).

18    A parent/ legal guardian must accompany winners younger  than 18 when participating in the prize at their own expense.

19    The winner won’t be able to change the date of their festival tickets regardless of personal circumstances.

The terms and conditions of tickets purchase include, without limitation, the following provisions:

Below sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that shall apply to your entry to (“Entry”) including any  purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) sold by or on behalf of AEG Live (UK) Ltd (“we”, “us” or “AEG”) in partnership with The Royal Parks Agency (“TRP”) for Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park taking place at Hyde Park, London (the “Site”) on such dates between 6th to 15th July 2018 as specified on your Tickets (the “Event”). Please note that by entering the Event and purchasing any Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the regulations of the Park including but not limited to The Royal Parks and Other Spaces Regulations 1997 (www.royalparks.org.uk/home/park-regulationsEvent and we therefore encourage you to check with the Park’s website.

Relevant sections of the British Summer Time Hyde Park Terms:

Right of admission is reserved. Tickets are not transferable. Any unlawful reselling (or attempting to do so) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Site.  There are to be no re-admissions after Entry.

It is your responsibility to check your Ticket(s) and to ascertain the date and the time of the Event.

We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.

Removing the Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket.

In respect of any wristband accreditations, the wristband must remain on the ticket holder’s wrist for the full duration of the Event. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. It is your responsibility to take care of your wristband. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the Site or may be removed from the Site.

For security purposes all tickets and wristbands remain the property of AEG at all times.

No child under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Event unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over at all times.  Proof of age may be requested upon Entry. AEG reserves the right to determine the ratio of adults in relation to children required for adequate supervision.  Children under the age of 2 will be admitted free of charge. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of an Event for any children in your party, this includes the type audience the Event is likely to attract and whether such an audience is a suitable environment for children in your party.

Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, ride structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited.

Bicycles, skateboards, scooters or personal motorised vehicles are not permitted.

The Event is an outdoor event.  Please bring suitable outdoor clothing.  No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

The artist, performer line-up, all billed attractions at the Event and Site layout may be subject to change at any time without notice. All advertised performance times are also subject to change without notice.  Your purchase of Tickets (or Hospitality Package if applicable) is subject to our right to alter or vary the programme (including the layout of the Site) due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control and in such circumstances we shall not be obligated to refund Ticket monies or exchange your Ticket(s). Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Event is cancelled (see details below).

If the Event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduling). If the Event is to be re-scheduled, you will be offered a Ticket (or Hospitality Package if applicable) for the rescheduled performance of the Event (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled Event or the Event is not rescheduled, we shall give you a refund of the face value of the Ticket (or Hospitality Package if applicable). If the Event is only partially cancelled (e.g. only one day is cancelled), we shall give you a partial refund corresponding to the proportion of the Event cancelled. If you wish to claim such a refund, please immediately apply in writing to your point of purchase from the date of the cancelled Event (please note that this is without prejudice to your statutory rights).  For the avoidance of doubt, please note that any donation made to The Royal Parks Foundation is non-refundable. Tickets including Hospitality Packages cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase other than in accordance with this clause.

Neither we nor any other party shall have any liability to you beyond the face value of the Ticket.

The following restrictions will apply to your attendance at the Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused entry or ejected from the Event (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated):

-Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited;
-No food or drink (except personal supplies of water in plastic sealed containers of up to 500ml and baby food where not in glass containers) or illegal substances including new psychoactive substances (commonly known as ‘legal highs’) and/or other drugs considered to be unsafe are permitted to be brought into the Event;;
-Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Event;
-Personalized motorised vehicles, except where required due to a disability, are not permitted at the Event
-No starting fires, involvement in or throwing items into a fire;
-Air horns, selfie sticks, bicycles, cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/items, fireworks, flags, gas canisters, hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners and the like; glass (of any kind), high-viz, klaxons; and other similar items capable of making loud noise, laser pens, scooters, skateboards or cans, spray cans are prohibited and any other items which we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security;
-Inappropriate signs branded items
-golf umbrellas, parasols and the like, tables, chairs, seats and walking stick seats/ seat sticks are not permitted.  Exceptions to this will be made clear as shows get announced.

Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, AEG and the Site reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items (including those set out at condition 18 above) which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds.

Neither AEG nor TRP will accept responsibility for any personal property.

In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.

Please note that loud music can damage hearing.

Strobe lighting may be in use during the Event.

When purchasing alcohol at the Event, you may be asked for proof of age.

Official merchandise is only available from outlets within the Event. Please be aware of unofficial traders offering inferior goods.

Notification and delivery of the prize

21    The winners will be notified within 2 working days of being selected, via direct message to the Facebook account used to enter the promotion or comment on the winning message.

22    The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after contact will subsequently communicate a secure downloadable link to allow potential winners to provide the Promoter securely with information including their name, re confirm their Facebook details and a valid home address to assist with verification,  fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited . However, if a winner has not responded to notification after 7 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, if time permits, and award to a reserve selected at the same time as the original draw.

23    The prize will be dispatched to the winners by registered post  via next day delivery once winner has been verified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. 


24    The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize which is for a pair of general admission tickets ONLY.

25    Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

26    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Facebook from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.

27    Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the Promoter’s Facebook page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants, fans of ‘Coca Cola’ or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.

28    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

29    The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. 

30    The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

31    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize, unless negligence on the part of the Promoter or those partnered with the promotion is proven..

32    Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

33    In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

34    The name of the winners will be made available on request at CCA International, 8 Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9HF, within 3 months of the closing date.

35    Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

36    If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

37    These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
