Strictly Come Dancing star Katie Piper partnered with Honest Kids to encourage festivalgoers to get arty at the GO! Organic Festival in South London. Find out how to have a go yourself…

Katie Piper joined thousands of families to celebrate a weekend of organic food and drink at the GO! Organic Festival in London on  8-9 September 2018.

As an ambassador for Honest Kids, Katie was keen to encourage families to give Honest a try – and get involved with some arts and crafts at the Honest Organic Family Eco Art Camp.

Families were treated to a fun day out in the fresh air, with organic food and drink sampling, organic cookery demonstrations and, of course, the Honest Kids Family Eco Art Camp. The camp gave families the opportunity to try out fun, eco-friendly activities.

Upcycling and rock painting

Among the varied activities were upcycling Honest Organic bottles into bird feeders – to keep the birds chirping happily even into the winter months – and a make-your-own basket station. There was also the chance to pick your own fruit, and even rock decorating!

The Honest Organic Kids range

Sampling the range of Honest Organic drinks

As well as educational talks about the true meaning of organic, there was also the chance to sample the range of Honest Organic products. This included cold coffees, such as Honest Organic Latte and Honest Organic Mocha, and Honest Kids drinks including Apple, Berry and Tropical – all of which contain a blend of organic fruit juices, water and a hint of natural flavouring.

Kids’ food artist, Grace Hall, was also at the festival to give demonstrations on how to make simple and fun organic treats that kids will want to eat (and will enjoy!) Recipes included Funny Face Fruit Wraps, Fruity Bug Oatcakes and Owl Yogurt Bowls.
