A UK poll by Fuze Tea found that four in ten Brits feel they rarely get any me-time, and when they do, it usually only lasts for 55 minutes a day – less than all other European countries. This was mostly put down to pressures of modern life, having to spend an average of 30 minutes doing life admin, and a whopping 34 minutes queuing, every day.

To create a bit of peace, Fuze Tea has launched the ‘Calm the Commute’ campaign – a series of unexpected moments for Londoners to enjoy on their journey home.
“We all spend so much time working hard and rushing around, but in today’s madness it’s so important for us to take a moment out of our day to collect and compose ourselves,” said Joanna Lumley. Armed with a book and some bottles of Fuze Tea, the actress, author and all-round national treasure joined the passengers on Great Western Railway’s busy commuter line from Paddington to Swindon.
