New fresh-food delivery service, Amazon Fresh, partners with
Last month saw online retailer Amazon expand its e-commerce business into grocery shopping with the launch of Amazon Fresh, a new delivery service for fresh food, frozen food and soft drinks. It’s the first time the service has been available to shoppers outside the U.S., where it originally launched.

The UK market for online grocery shopping is expected to nearly double in value to £17.2bn between 2015 and 2020, according to food and grocery research body IGD.

Amazon Fresh is available to Amazon Prime members for £6.99 a month, seven days a week. Amazon guarantees same-day delivery for orders placed by 1pm, offering a competitive advantage over other online UK supermarkets.
You can also find goods from 50 other specialist stores, including stalls at London's Borough Market, local fishmongers and high-end chocolatiers. As we grow our partnership with Amazon, even more drinks will become available over the coming months.
