For the cookies:
8 tablespoons heaped soft whole grain rolled oats
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

200g icing sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Melt the honey, sugar and butter slowly in a small saucepan. When all the ingredients have melted and mixed, allow to cool, then stir in the
In a mixing bowl, sift the rolled oats baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa. Stir with a wooden spoon.
Pour the contents of the saucepan into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon – then combine into a ball with your hands.
Cover the bowl with cling film and put in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, roll the dough out onto a floured surface to around half a centimetre thick.
Use your cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place these on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake your cookies at 175 degrees for approximately 13 minutes.
While they’re cooling, you can make the icing.

Drizzle the icing over your cookies using a spoon, then sprinkle on your decorations.
Allow the icing to set before serving.
