You'll find that our selection of drinks includes carbonated and still, regular, low sugar and zero added sugar; from water, 100% juice, juice based drinks, sports and energy drinks through to cordials. And with the number of drinks we offer doubling in the last 10 years, our range continues to keep growing.
The choice that is right for you
We understand that people enjoy varied drink sizes for different occasions, which is why we're always looking at new packaging and portion sizes. Introducing varied pack sizes means that you will find it easier to choose the size that is right for both yourself and your family.
Another way we help you make healthy choices is by displaying positive on-pack messages, like:
- a 'sugar free' flash on the front of 'diet Coke'
- 'zero added sugar' messages on our range of diet fruit carbonated drinks such as 'Fanta' and 'Sprite'
- '5-a-day' messages on our 'Minute Maid' juices and juice drinks, plus vitamin and mineral content as appropriate
Keeping hydrated
The average human being loses over 2.5 litres of fluid a day, so it is really important that we keep our bodies topped up with liquids. Our bodies get water from three main sources:
- Liquids in the form of plain water, soft drinks and other beverages,
- Water in solid foods,
- Water produced by the body as a by-product due to chemical reactions.
It is very easy for us to become de-hydrated because we are losing so much water everyday. One way we can keep hydrated is by drinking lots of fluids and these can be in the form of water, soft drinks, fruit juices, flavoured waters and other beverages.
