Getting your recommended water intake everyday is no easy task - but did you know that water is the main ingredient of all soft drinks? In fact a can of 'Coke Zero' or 'Diet Coke' is 98% water while a can of classic 'Coke' or a glass of fruit juice are both about 89% water. Water is the basic ingredient of all of our drinks - we then add things like flavours, fruits and nutrients to add a bit of fun and make it easier for you to hit that hydration target every day.
