How to Enter
1. The competition is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding employees of Coca-Cola Great Britain and their immediate families, employees of Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited and their immediate families, employees of their agencies and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the running of the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 12 years or over. Entrants under 16 years require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Entry to the competition is via http://stickyfingers1.blogspot.co.uk/ Entrants to the competition will be required to publish blog posts on their own websites, then tag their competition entries via the Competition Host’s starter blog post on her own site. Competition entries that are not relevant to the starter post by the Competition Host will not be considered. Competition entrants are permitted to enter this competition only once, and are only eligible to win a single prize.
4. Entrants must publish appropriate contact details on their blog or be contactable via their blog.
5. Entrants must follow the blogging guidelines issued by the Promoter found here. Competition entries that do not follow the guidelines will not be considered.
6. The competition will be announced on The Gallery on 28/09/12 and the entry mechanism will open on 03/10/12. The deadline to entries to the competition is 23:59:59 on 09/10/12. No entries received before or after these respective dates will be considered.
7. The Competition Host will announce the competition winners no later than 26/10/12. The Competition Host’s and Promoter’s joint decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be required to sign a participation agreement providing their name and address and other details, to enable the Promoter to verify their prize entitlement and as a precondition for receiving the prize. For winners under 18 years, this agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Winners will be contacted personally by the Competition Host (Tara Cain). Once winners have confirmed their acceptance of the prize, their names will be published on http://stickyfingers1.blogspot.co.uk/.
Prizes
10. There are three prize packages to be won via http://stickyfingers1.blogspot.co.uk/. All prize packages will be supplied by the Promoter. There is one first prize package, plus two runner up prize packages.
11. The first prize package consists of:
- £200 worth of Sweaty Betty vouchers;
- £50 worth of multi-use vouchers (Voucher Express Gift certificate);
- A copy of Dr Greg Whyte’s book: 'Fit in 5: 5, 10 and 30 minute workouts for a leaner, stronger body';
- A selection of popular Coca-Cola drinks (two crates of your choice from our drinks range);
- The prize package will be delivered to the winner.
The runner-up prizes consist of:
- £50 worth of Sweaty Betty vouchers;
- A copy of Dr Greg Whyte’s book: 'Fit in 5: 5, 10 and 30 minute workouts for a leaner, stronger body';
- A selection of popular Coca-Cola drinks (one crate of your choice from our drinks range);
- The prize package will be delivered to the winner.
12. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives available.
13. Competition Host will attempt to contact winners within 48 hours (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends) of the judge’s decision being made on 17/10/12. If the Competition Host cannot contact any winner within 48 hours while taking reasonable steps to do so, or if the winner is not eligible to accept the prize or fails to accept the prize within 48 hours of being contacted by the Host, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to allow the Host to award the prize to a substitute.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, or of the competition host websites or any combination thereof;
- Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
General
14. Neither the Competition Host nor the Promoter will accept responsibility for any lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control that impacts on an entrant’s ability to post a link to a blog, or which prevents a link to a blog from working.
15. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable PR. Winners may be asked to take part in a recording for radio.

17. For a list of winners' names, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope after 26/10/12 to Consumer Information Centre, Coca-Cola Great Britain, 1 Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9HQ or telephone 0208 237 3000.
18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
19. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will only be awarded directly to winners in compliance with these terms and conditions.
21. Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the Competition Host, nor any other promotional parties, assume any responsibility or liability for:
