Responsible Sales and Marketing
We have a number of long-standing global policies about who we should market to and how we should market. These policies form part of our Codes of Practice for sales and marketing activities.
These codes also include specific guidelines on the range we offer, where and how we communicate, the promotions we run, and the communications consumers see in-store. They are continually reviewed and refined to reflect changing stakeholder concerns. The Marketing and Public Affairs and Communications teams at CCGB are responsible for implementing and managing these policies.
