Commitment to environment

Climate change is now widely understood to be the greatest threat to our environment. There is a growing consensus that mankind’s continued use of fossil fuels (such as oil, coal and gas) – and the resulting increased level of greenhouse gasses, including carbon dioxide, in the atmosphere – is a key contributing factor.

The issue of climate change is also clearly linked to the need to protect the earth’s natural resources – including water, our primary ingredient.

100%
of our manufacturing sites in Great Britain meet ISO14001 certification, the highest environmental standard.

We’re working hard to conduct our business in ways that protect and preserve the environment and, increasingly, we’re integrating environmental considerations into our day-to-day business operations and decision-making processes. Like many other businesses, we’re seeking to minimise the environmental impact of our products and operations and reduce our carbon footprint.

We’re also trying to use natural resources such as water as responsibly as we can.
