We wanted to create a calculator that shows how you can burn off the Calories in your favourite
We enlisted the help of physical activity expert Dr Greg Whyte and worked together to create the Work It Out calculator.
To maintain a healthy weight, you need to make sure there is no imbalance between the number of calories you take in and the number you burn. The best way to do that is by eating a sensible diet and exercising regularly.
Using our our Work It Out calculator is really easy. All you need to do is enter the number of calories you’ve consumed and the tool then suggests ways you can burn those calories off.(or what you have drunk).
