What Coca‑Cola's labels tell you
The details on Coca‑Cola packaging allow you to make informed decisions about your diet

At Coca‑Cola we offer a wide variety of drinks, to suit most people's tastes and lifestyles. To help you choose the drink that meets your needs, we include nutrition details on every can and bottle, with the following information:
Look for nutrition information on all Coca‑Cola drinks. In addition to the standard nutrition information per 100ml, we also provide Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) information per serving that tells you how a beverage contributes to a daily intake guide for each nutrient. Values and information on calories, sugar, fat, saturated fat and salt are provided in amounts per serving, as well as the percentage of your GDA - handy when you're pressed for time or doing your weekly shop.
Some Coca‑Cola products offer extra nutrients and other beneficial components, so we've gone into more detail on the label to indicate this. For example, our Glaceau Vitamin Water range provides additional vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - all detailed on the nutritional panel. On other drinks, such as our sugar free range, we've flagged up the fact they contain 'no added sugar' on the front of the pack.
On the back of all of our products, you'll also see a nutrition panel showing the 'Big 8' which includes energy, protein, carbohydrate, carbohydrate of which sugars, fat, saturated fat, fibre and sodium. Details are provided per 100ml of product as required by law.
