  3. I am unable to find my preferred brand. Are you able to advise me where to purchase it?
  4. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a comprehensive list of stockists for your area since our products are sold through so many different types of retailers, from smaller shops such as independent grocers and newsagents, right through to large supermarkets. You may find that if you make your local retailer aware of your particular flavour preference, they may wish to consider stocking the product for you.

  5. Are 'Coca-Cola' Vanilla and 'diet Coke' Vanilla still available in the UK?
  6. No, these products are no longer available in the UK.

  7. I have a complaint about the quality of one of your products. Who would I need to contact regarding this?

  16. We receive many unsolicited suggestions from persons outside of our Company. We are complimented that our consumers are interested enough in our Company to want to help us improve our performance. That said, we are unable to consider any submissions from persons or business groups outside the Company when the submission relates to:

    • Advertising
    • Sales promotions
    • Formula modifications for any of our products
    • Concepts previously reviewed by our Company

  17. Is it legal to sell foreign 'Coca-Cola' in the UK?
  18. The answer depends on where the product is from and what it is. However, if it is from an authorised bottler in the European Economic Area it is likely to be legal provided the label is in English.

  19. How much sugar is in your products?
  20. 'Coca-Cola' contains the same amount of sugar that you would find in fresh orange juice. There are about 35 grammes in a 330ml can of 'Coca-Cola'. For more information on our brands, or what's in our drinks, click on the links below.

  21. I would like some information on the artificial sweeteners used in your products?
  22. We use a variety of industry approved sweeteners in combination to sweeten our products, including Aspartame, Acesulfame K and Sodium Saccharin.

  23. I would like some information on the caffeine content of your products?
  24. Caffeine is a widely occurring ingredient found naturally in tea, coffee, cocoa and added to some soft drinks including 'Coca-Cola'. For thousands of years, people across the world have consumed it as a naturally occurring substance in food and drink.

  25. Can you tell me which of your products are suitable for vegetarians?
  26. None of the products of Coca-Cola Great Britain contain ingredients derived from mammals. As some practicing vegetarians avoid fish products as well, it is important to note that some of our products contain minute traces of fish gelatine, which is used as a stabiliser for the beta-carotene colour. These products are:

    • 'Fanta' Orange and 'Fanta' Zero Orange
    • 'Lilt ' and 'Lilt' Zero
    • 'Five Alive' Squash Citrus Burst
    • 'Five Alive' Squash Tropical Hit
    • 'Kia-Ora' Orange Squash and 'Kia-Ora' Orange Squash no added sugar
    • 'Kia-Ora' Orange & Pineapple Squash and 'Kia-Ora' Orange & Pineapple Squash no added sugar
    • 'Minute Maid' Orange & Passionfruit
    • 'Schweppes' Slimline Orange Crush

  27. Do any of your products contain gluten?
  28. Yes, 'Schweppes' Shandy contains Beer made from Barley so it contains a trace of gluten.
