Terms and conditions

Coca-Cola Great Britain makes this Coca-Cola Great Britain Caffeine Counter and the underlying software (the"Caffeine Counter") available to you strictly subject to, and your use of the Counter is conditional upon your acceptance of, Coca-Cola Great Britain Terms of Use and the present terms and conditions (together the "Terms"). By clicking on the "Accept and download" button below you are deemed to explicitly accept the Terms. In the event of contradiction between Coca-Cola Great Britain Terms of Use and the present terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail.

You agree with the following:

1. LICENCE GRANT
Coca-Cola Great Britain grants you the non exclusive, royalty-free and personal right for non-commercial use only and with no right to sublicense or assign, to download and to use the Caffeine Counter in object code format under the conditions of use provided under Clause 3 below (the "Licence").

2. TERM AND TERMINATION
The Licence is granted for an undetermined period of time. Coca-Cola Great Britain may at any time terminate the Licence in the event of breach of the Terms by you or any third party.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE
(i) The Caffeine Counter shall in no event be included in any other website or other environment which is unlawful, prohibited by any code of conduct, contrary to public decency or morality or is politically or religiously defamatory.
(ii) You shall not alter the presentation of the Caffeine Counter in any way, not remove from view any copyright legend or trademark appearing on the Caffeine Counter and shall not adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the source code for the software underlying the Caffeine Counter nor reproduce, distribute, communicate or make available this software to the public.
(iii) You shall not use the Caffeine Counter or the Content in any way that may be detrimental to The Coca-Cola Company or any third party in any way not use the Caffeine Counter for sending emails to people which are not known to you personally.

4. OWNERSHIP
(i) The Caffeine Counter is the property of Coca-Cola Great Britain and full ownership rights in the Caffeine Counter remains with Coca-Cola Great Britain.
(ii) You are not granted any rights whatsoever to Coca-Cola Great Britain's intellectual property rights including but not limited to patents, trademarks, logos and copyright.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms and any matter relating thereto shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute in relation to the validity, interpretation or execution of the Terms shall be brought before the competent courts in the United Kingdom.

8. UPDATE
Coca-Cola Great Britain reserves the right to modify the Terms at its convenience. You are therefore requested to verify the updated applicable Terms from time to time by clicking on this link to the
